How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.  If you are shopping in person at one of the events we attend, you can pay by cash, Visa, MasterCard or American Express and Interac Direct Payment (currently only via tap feature).

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.  If you are in Canada and prefer to use email money transfer, please choose the cheque option at checkout.  You can then proceed to send the payment through your financial institution's platform.  The email address is: lovineachstitch(at)gmail(dot)com

Do you make everything yourself?

Yes!  Everything is handcrafted in Alberta, Canada. Nothing is bought from another merchant and simply re-sold to you.  Everything is truly made with Lovin Each Stitch.

How do I wash and care for my crochet/knit items?

We always say the more lovin you give your goods, the longer they'll be lovin you back!  To care for your crochet/knit items we only recommend handwashing in cold water.  Use a mild detergent.  To remove excess water after handwashing, you can use a couple towles and sandwich your item in between them.  Press down (without any wringing or twisting!) and this will remove a lot of the water. You'll then want to ensure they are only laid flat to dry - do not put them in the dryer.  Gently reshape the item and lay it flat (did we mention no dryer?!).

What is your return/exchange policy?

Items can be returned in original and unused/unworn condition for exchange only - no refunds, within 14 days.  The original sales tags must still be attached.  Return shipping charges are your responsibility.  Items that have been worn or improperly cared for are not eligible for exchange.  Clearance and sale items are final sales - no returns or exchanges.
